Teen slain on W. Phila. porch
A teenager was fatally shot while sitting on her West Philadelphia porch Saturday night, police said. The 18-year-old woman was shot about 11:30 p.m. on the 300 block of North Salford Street, police reported.

She was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 12:05 a.m. She had not been identified as of Sunday afternoon.
