Police collar naked-burglar suspect

A man who fled naked from an Abington apartment building after stealing women's clothing from a dresser surrendered to police yesterday.

Michael Victor, 52, of Abington, most likely faces burglarly-related charges, police said, though none had been filed last night. Victor, a custodian at a Philadelphia public elementary school, surrendered with his attorney.

Police believe he burglarized two residences on York Road Friday and exposed himself to a woman before one of the break-ins. In both burglaries, women's clothing were taken.

He was caught on surveillance after the burglary at the apartment building, running naked down the hallway, police4 said.
