$256 million to expand quality pre-K seats;

$39 million to help open 25 community schools;

$26 million investment into the pension system currently facing a $5.6 billion deficit;

$23 million to pay back a bond on green infrastructure improvements to city facilities, as part of Council President Darrell L. Clarke's green jobs plan;

$56 million to help pay back a bond Kenney wants to take out to rebuild parks and recreation centers city wide.
