Phillies' Odubel Herrera scratched from Wednesday's lineup

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Odubel Herrera was scratched from the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's game against the New York Yankees as a precaution after he suffered cramping a day earlier during a long bus ride.

Herrera's cramps stemmed from being dehydrated after Tuesday's 9-5 win over Minnesota in Fort Myers, Fla. The bus ride back to Clearwater is roughly 2 hours, 30 minutes. Herrera was replaced in Wednesday's lineup by Aaron Altherr, who homered Tuesday for the third time this spring and is having one of the most productive camps of any player.

Wednesday's game, which begins at 1:05 p.m., will be televised by The Comcast Network.

Here is the Phillies' lineup:

2. Howie Kendrick, LF

6. Aaron Altherr, CF
