A Grand Finale in Lights

An annual holiday display with 70,000 colorful lights that has become a cherished tradition in Medford may be in its final year.

This eye-popping display has grown over the years. Amber Merefield, who inherited the decorating gene from her parents, estimates she has spent $18,000 on lights and decorations. The crowds have been bigger this year as word spread that this likely will be the last year for the light show.
