Adam Hannan says he was looking for something in between when he bought the four-bedroom, 3½-bath Cape Cod in Wynnewood nine years ago.

The roof, gutters, HVAC, and water heater are all new. The house has a detached, two-car garage and a raised-bed garden with a flagstone patio. It is in the Lower Merion School District.
