The latest horror-sci-fi-creepfest (with a message) from writer-director Jordan Peele (Get Out, Us). Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer star as siblings who run a horse ranch in nowheresville California whose lives are changed by a UFO. (Rated R. Premieres Friday, July 22, in theaters.)
‘Fire of Love’
Documentary about Katia and Maurice Kraft, scientists who loved each other and studying volcanoes . . . until they got too close to one about to erupt. Directed by Sara Dosa, featuring archival volcano footage from the couple. (Rated PG. Premieres Friday, July 22, in theaters.
‘The Gray Man’
Mark Greaney’s best-selling spy novel comes to screens and streaming from the Russo brothers, directors of The Avengers: Infinity War, and a cast including Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, and Billy Bob Thornton. It doesn’t get bigger than this for a Netflix movie. (Rated PG-13. Premieres Friday, July 22, in selected theaters and on Netflix.)
