It's been a big day for CBS3. First, they say goodbye to Dray Clark. Then they welcome Syma Chowdhry. Chowdhry has been freelancing with the station since March.

Chowdhry, a 2004 Temple grad, returns to the area from Detroit where she was a reporter/anchor at the CBS stations. She'll serve as a reporter on CBS3 and the CW Philly. Orginally hailing from Toms River, N.J, Chowdhry began her career in 2004 in Raleigh, N.C., and was a familiar face on "News 12 New Jersey" in Edison and a reporter for The University Network in Jersey City.

Fun fact: Chowdhry speaks Hindi and Urdu
