Samuel misses practice
Cornerback Asante Samuel (hamstring) was out of practice Wednesday after saying he participated in a light session on Tuesday.
He did not talk to reporters today.
Samuel had indicated yesterday that he expected to play this week, and after Sunday's game Andy Reid said his hamstring strain was not very serious, so it's possible the Eagles were just taking precautions. Thursday's practice is the last full work out before the Eagles travel to Dallas and should tell us more about Samuel's status for a must-win game.
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie filled in for Samuel at cornerback against the Jets and played well. He would replace Samuel if the normal starter can't go Saturday.
Darryl Tapp (ribs) and Trevor Laws (knee) were both back at practice.
