Singers light the 'Wick' in 'Secret Garden'

The Arden Theatre recently extended its run of the popular musical The Secret Garden by Marsha Norman and Lucy Simon. Reviewers have praised the strong, charismatic singing in the production.

"On the backs of some brilliant singers and virtuosic scenic design, this version blooms," said Bill Chenevert in our review of it, taking special note (as many have done) of the talented Bailey Ryon as Mary Lennox. Chenevert wrote that the character of Dickon "is brightly realized" by Steve Pacek, who delivers an "awe-inspiring" take on the tune "Wick."
