Gray is president of Gray Strategic Advisors L.L.C. and was a senior analyst and portfolio manager for the Federated Kaufmann Fund. Kishbauch served as chief executive officer and president of Achillion Pharmaceuticals Inc. until May 2013 and founded and served as president and CEO of OraPharma Inc.

Drew Morrisroe has been elected chairman of the board of governors of Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership, which seeks to inspire a global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership. Morrisroe is president and CEO of CTN Solutions, Blue Bell.

Penn-Jersey Chapter of the Northeast Spa and Pool Association has named Alan Walker president. He is vice president of operations at Anthony & Sylvan Pools.

Fox Chase Bancorp Inc., Hatboro, has elected Donald R. Caldwell to the board of the company and the bank. Caldwell is the founder, chairman and CEO of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, a venture-capital firm with more than $500 million under management.

Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., parent of Bryn Mawr Trust Co., has elected Britton H. Murdoch chairman effective Jan. 1. He will succeed current chairman, Ted Peters, who will retire on Dec. 31. Murdoch has been a director of the corporation since 2006 and is managing director of Strattech Partners L.L.C., a business-consulting and venture-capital firm in Devon.
