One Communications Corp., a privately held regional provider of telecommunications services in the United States, has agreed to pay $66,000 and provide other relief to settle a religious harassment lawsuit, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said today.

The EEOC charged in its lawsuit that three Jewish executives of the firm were regularly subjected to harassment at the company's Conshohocken facility because of their religion.

In addition to monetary relief, the company has agreed to provide training to all managers and employees at the Conshohocken facility and to post a remedial notice.    - Chris Mondics
