New face in at CBS3

Welcome, Alexandria Hoff, to CBS3.

The blond beauty is the latest to join the Eyewitness News team as a permanent general assignment reporter. She's been freelancing at the station since March.

Hoff's mostly recently worked as a reporter and anchor at WHTM-TV, the ABC station in Harrisburg and at WHAG-TV in Hagerstown, Md.

A native of Lumberton, Burlington County, Hoff is a 2010 graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Ct. and holds a bachelor's of arts degree in journalism and political science. She's part of a new round of hires at the station since new CBS3 president Brien Kennedy took over.

And two CBS3 alumni have made it to news reporting on a global scale.

Oren Liebermann, who joined CBS3 and the CW Philly's Eyewitness News team in 2010, will be working as a correspondent for CNN International, based in its Jerusalem bureau. Matt Rivers, whose last day is tomorrow, will be based in CNN International's Beijing bureau.
