The third annual Vendy Awards - a competition among local food trucks and a fundraiser for the Food Trust - is set for June 8 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Penn Treaty Park.

The Vendy Awards are organized by The Street Vendor Project at the Urban Justice Center in New York City.
Last year, The Smoke Truck won bragging rights and the Vendy Cup while Vernalicious was the People's Choice Winner and The Lil' Pop Shop took home Best Dessert.
