Quintuple shooting in Germantown leaves 1 critical

A quintuple drive-by shooting Wednesday afternoon in the city's Germantown section has left one man in critical condition, police said.
Gunfire erupted just before 2:40 p.m. outside a Dollar General store near the intersection of Germantown Avenue and Manheim Street. A 20-year-old man was rushed by police to Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the head.
The four other male victims, ages 19 to 23, were all reported in stable condition at Einstein with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The injuries included: a 23-year-old shot in the left hand, a 19-year-old shot in the right foot, a 19-year-old shot in the right hand, and a 20-year-old shot in the right arm.
Police reported no motive or arrests.
