Man, 25, shot to death in West Philadelphia
A 25-year-old man was fatally shot shortly after 5 a.m. yesterday in the 4000 block of Poplar Street in West Philadelphia, Philadelphia police said.
A 25-year-old man was fatally shot shortly after 5 a.m. yesterday in the 4000 block of Poplar Street in West Philadelphia, Philadelphia police said.
Police said medics transported Rasheed Morris, of the Kingsessing section of the city, to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
A second shooting victim, who was not identified, was in guarded condition at the same hospital. Police were investigating.- Jan Hefler
