Part of building comes down, damaging cars
Several parked cars were damaged when part of the upper facade of a building in Center City collapsed.
Authorities say a guard rail at the top of the nine-story Roosevelt Building at 23d and Walnut Streets came loose from the building and pulled down a number of bricks yesterday morning.
No injuries were reported.
