A 16-year-old Camden boy was shot and critically injured yesterday morning, reportedly for making noise, police said.
Police found the youth at North 25th and Sherman Streets around 4:36 a.m. with multiple gunshot wounds. He was in critical but stable condition yesterday at Cooper University Hospital.
The victim's brother and a cousin said they were walking to their aunt's house when the assailants exited a house in the 600 block of North 25th and started shooting at them.
The boy's relatives said they believed the shooters were upset over noise the three had been making, police said. - Wallace McKelvey
