Philly’s biggest snow in 10 years has an icy finish

Hours of sleet layered a nasty icing on Philadelphia’s biggest snowfall in 10 years Sunday, and it may be some time before bare ground resurfaces in the region. Philadelphians enjoyed the snowy day in a variety of ways — including sledding up South Broad Street. (But please, do not try this yourself.)
