Watch Macy's Wanamaker Organ turn 110 years old with a special concert

The Wanamaker Organ at Macy’s is celebrating 110 years in the Wanamaker building. In celebration, organist Peter Richard Conte performed a free live concert. Dedicated on June 22nd, 1911 with an opening concert, this organ has played on operating business days Monday through Saturday daily for the public for the past 110 years. The Wannamaker Organ has survived two pandemics bringing music to the City of Philadelphia for over a century.
