I write stories about scientific research, medicine, and medical education.
My Background
I earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, where I majored in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology. I also studied journalism and global health. My reporting experience includes prior internships at the Wall Street Journal; the Nation; the Nation’s Health; and the Blade in Toledo, Ohio. I also served as managing editor of the Yale Scientific Magazine and covered science and social justice and the Yale New Haven Health System for the Yale Daily News.
