Man, 20, killed in West Philly shooting
The victim was shot in the chest in the 6000 block of Locust Street.
A 20-year-old man was fatally wounded in a shooting Wednesday night in West Philadelphia, police said.
The victim was shot in the chest by a known assailant just before 8 p.m. inside a property in the 6000 block of Locust Street. Police took him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 8:22.
Police said they had one person in custody and had recovered a firearm.
