Watch: Christmas Village in all its wintry glory
Christmas Village started this year’s festivities at its new home at City Hall over the weekend, and lucky for us, videographer Cory J. Popp was there to capture the market’s kickoff properly.

The holiday market officially opened on Sunday, and offers wares from some 80 vendors, food, and live entertainment through Dec. 24. Normally open in LOVE Park, Christmas Village this year moved to City Hall due to construction.
As Popp's video shows, that slight displacement hasn't deterred folks from getting out to do some shopping at the market, or some ice skating at Dilworth Park's ice-skating rink. After all, few things in Philadelphia capture the magic of the holidays like those two experiences.
More information about Christmas Village is available here. Previously, Popp brought us stunning views of the Camden waterfront, Fishtown, the Reading Viaduct Tunnel, and Philly's spring aesthetic, among other topics.
