A tip: When Shady scores, you get 20¢ fries

Nick Farina of the two Union Taco shops will sell half-orders of his chorizo cheese fries for 20 cents every time LeSean McCoy scores a touchdown through the rest of the Eagles’ season. (Regular price: $2.50.)

Just when we thought this whole, ridiculous Shady McCoy tipping kerfluffle was behind us...

Nick Farina of the two Union Taco shops will sell half-orders of his chorizo cheese fries for 20 cents every time LeSean McCoy scores a touchdown through the rest of the Eagles' season. (Regular price: $2.50.)

For Sunday games, the offer will stand until Union Taco closes at 9 p.m.

The 20-cent chorizo cheese fries will be available the entire day following the team's Monday night game against the Carolina Panthers on Nov. 10 or the Tuesday after the Sunday night game against the Dallas Cowboys on Dec. 14, as the taqueria is closed on Mondays.

Union Taco's chorizo cheese fries are deep fried hand-cut Idaho potatoes smothered in house-made jalapeno queso with slices of chorizo.

Farina said he wanted to have fun and "create a win-win."

Union Tacos is at 712 W. Girard Ave. and 4229 Main St.in Manayunk.
