What's this about 'Top Chef' Kevin Sbraga?
He's leaving his job. Hmmm.
Kevin Sbraga, Willingboro-bred chef'testant on the current Top Chef series on Bravo, is bowing out of the kitchen at the veddy country-formal Rat's in Hamilton Township, N.J., where he's been executive chef for Stephen Starr since July 2009.
Can we read something into this?
Nope, says Sbraga rep Jaimi Gordon. "It has nothing to do with the show. He's simply leaving to pursue other things."
As in, his own restaurant, somewhere "in the tri-state area," Gordon says.
He has the concept and the menu. All he needs is a location and a $$ backer.
