Garces opening noodle bar, Revel shuffles dining

Jose Garces is going Asian next to Amada.

Revel in Atlantic City is shufflng some of its vast dining lineup in anticipation of Memorial Day weekend.

To summarize:

Iron Chef Jose Garces has eliminated his Planxa bar, adjacent to Amada, in favor of a noodle bar called Yuboka, serving dim sum and ramen. (He's looking for staff, too.) There are plans to park his mobile Distrito Taco Truck at Revel Beach on weekends beginning Memorial Day weekend. This will be in addition to the stationary Distrito Taco Truck set up outside Distrito Cantina at Revel. ("¿Qué es Distrito Taco Truck?" you ask. The operation previously was branded as Guapos Tacos.)

Revel is developing Relish, a 24-hour, three-meal a day restaurant with a lower price point. It will replace the Central Michel Richard restaurant, which closed Sunday.

Lugo Italian will be moving to a new location within Revel in June. Lugo owner LDV will also be opening Corso Coffee adjacent to Lugo, a European-style quick-service coffee bar. Plans for Revel's original space are TBA.
