Crozer sale completed

Prospect Medical Holdings Inc. completed its $300 million acquisition of Crozer-Keystone Health System, the Los Angeles company said Friday. Prospect, which now owns 18 hospitals in California, Texas, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, said it offered jobs to "all Crozer-Keystone employees and management in good standing who are current as of the closing date."

Prospect Medical Holdings Inc. completed its $300 million acquisition of Crozer-Keystone Health System, the Los Angeles company said Friday.

Prospect, which now owns 18 hospitals in California, Texas, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, said it offered jobs to "all Crozer-Keystone employees and management in good standing who are current as of the closing date."

Crozer, with about 6,000 employees, is Delaware County's largest employer, officials have said.

Prospect, majority owned by private-equity firm Leonard Green & Partners, had $1.3 billion in revenue in the year ended Sept. 30. Crozer, with $776 million in revenue in its fiscal 2015, is Prospect's biggest acquisition.
