Scandal beauty ('n' brains) Kerry Washington, 37, gave birth April 21 to a girl, Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha, under the most secret conditions imaginable, says TMZ. Why hide it from the media? Who knows?

Isabelle's middle name is rich in signification.

"Amarachi originates from the Igbo people of southeastern Nigeria and means 'God's grace' or 'grace of God,' " says Babycenter.com.
