Winter Vacation Photo Contest

Our readers love to travel. And it's time to get out the camera again. We want to see where you are going this holiday season and what you do on your winter vacation.

And we'll pay $100 for the best photo taken from Thanksgiving Day to New Year's Day.

We want to see sunrises and sunsets, skiers and sunbathers. Scenic and action shots are great; the family posing, not so much.

E-mail your photo (one per person) and a brief description of where and when it was taken and who or what it shows, to travelcontest@phillynews.com. Include your name, address, and daytime phone number.

As we did in the summer, we'll select a Photo of the Week from each week's entries.

The winner of the Winter Vacation Photo Contest will be announced in January.
