Connecticut. The Strawberry Park Bluegrass Festival 2013, 42 Pierce Rd., Preston, is May 3 to June 2. It promises first-rate bluegrass artists as well as musicians' workshops, on-site camping, children's activities, and more. Delaware. Horseshoe Crab and Shorebird Festival is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 25 at Milton Memorial Park & Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. The festival celebrates horseshoe crabs and migrating shorebirds. Enjoy arts, crafts, boat rides, exhibits, games, music, and great food. New Hampshire. Paddle into the Past on the Northern Forest Canoe Trail on May 25-26. New York. The Sugar Loaf Spring Fest is May 25 and 26 in Hudson Valley. Rhode Island. Gaspee Days Arts and Crafts Festival, May 25-27 on Narragansett Parkway in Pawtuxet Village, Warwick, annually attracts approximately 50,000 people a day to shop the wares of more than 150 craft exhibitors.
