Man, 36, shot dead inside car in Philadelphia
A 36-year-old man was fatally shot inside a green Pontiac Grand Prix Saturday afternoon in Strawberry Mansion, police said. The shooter wore a water department vest or jacket and was last seen heading south on 24th Street from the site of the shooting on the 2300 block of West Huntingdon Street, police said.

Medics pronounced the victim dead from multiple shots at 4:47 p.m. No gun was recovered.
