Democrats Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama will be back in Philadelphia tomorrow for their 8 p.m. debate at the National Constitution Center. Parts of Sixth Street and some lanes of Callowhill and Race Streets will be closed starting after the morning rush because of the debate.

After a fund-raising luncheon in Pittsburgh today, McCain will head to Villanova University, where he'll talk to reporters, then appear live at 5 p.m. on MSNBC's Hardball With Chris Matthews.

The likely Republican nominee will be the first candidate to take part in a series the show calls the "Hardball College Tour Town Hall." The telecast will be from Pavilion Arena, 800 E. Lancaster Ave.

Michelle Obama, wife of the Democratic Illinois senator, will be at Haverford College's Field House at 3:30 this afternoon for a rally and community gathering.

Bill Clinton has the fullest local schedule, with four events in Eastern Pennsylvania. All are free and open to the public.

At 10:30 a.m., he'll be in Coatesville at the United Steelworkers Amalgamated Local 1165, 750 Charles Street. Then it's on to Phoenixville High School for a 12:45 p.m. rally in the gym at 1200 Gay Street. At 3:15 p.m., he'll speak at the Quakertown Community Area High School Gymnasium, 600 Park Avenue. At 5:30 p.m., his stop will be the Easton Area High School Gymnasium, 2601 William Penn Highway.

Daughter Chelsea Clinton, along with a few show-business names, is on a bus tour that will bring her back to Philadelphia tomorrow for the debate.

Traveling with her are actor Sean Astin, who was in Lord of the Rings and starred in Rudy; former Rock the Vote president Jehmu Greene; and actress Erika Alexander, who had roles on The Cosby Show and Living Single.

Today's itinerary has Waynesburg, Johnstown, Chambersburg and Mechanicsburg. Tomorrow's includes Harrisburg, Lancaster and Allentown.
