A sixth accused conspirator in the home-invasion slaying of prominent Korean businessman Robert Chae was arrested this morning in Philadelphia.

Joseph Page, who prosecutors said orchestrated the Montgomery Township attack, was arrested by Philadelphia police and the U.S. Marshals Service.

Accounts from other men charged in the attack indicated that Page assembled and led the group that invaded Chae's home on Jan. 9, court records say. In the attack, Chae was battered and his head was duct-taped. An autopsy showed he had suffocated.

Page was the last of the suspects charged in the case to be arrested. He at first provided a fake name to detectives, said Kevin Steele, Montgomery County First Assistant District Attorney. Steele could not say where in Philadelphia Page was arrested.

Page is due in court this afternoon to be arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David A. Keightly in Montgomeryville.
