George Bodenger grew up in single-family homes in Broomall and Newtown Square and raised his children in Bryn Mawr, so his three years in King of Prussia have been his only brush with condo living.

A health-care lawyer, Bodenger splits his time between the Philadelphia area and Florida and says the three-bedroom, two-bath condo has been “a fun place to live.” But he has now made other arrangements for the non-winter months.

The corner unit in 575 South at The Village at Valley Forge has eight-inch white oak floors throughout, and an open-concept kitchen with island seating, granite countertops, and stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances.

The primary suite has floor-to-ceiling windows and a full bath with dual vanity, frameless stall shower, and a walk-in closet with custom organizers.

A second bedroom has balcony access, and there is a hall bath, laundry room, and coat closet.

Condo amenities include a fitness room with Peloton and Life Fitness equipment, a theater room, a golf simulator, a billiards table, a lounge area with dual-sided fireplace, a wet bar, an outdoor patio with a grill, a free Starbucks coffee kiosk, and a large refrigerator for delivered groceries.

In addition, there is a well-appointed conference room with video capability on the ground floor.

The rooftop terrace has views of Valley Forge National Historical Park.

Total square footage is 1,765.

The unit is adjacent to a shopping center with over 20 stores, restaurants, and a Wegman’s supermarket. The King of Prussia Mall is minutes away.

There is easy access to I-767, I-476, Routes 422 and 202, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

The unit is listed by Blakely Minton of Redfin Corporation for $749,000, though for an additional fee, it is available fully furnished.
