South Philly apiary uses bees to teach mindfulness

South Philly's Half Mad Honey brings therapy from the office to the apiary. Apiary therapy uses mindfulness, grounding, and distress tolerance while working with bees. The thought being, if you can control your emotions surrounded by bees, you can control your emotions in other aspects of your life.
