The end of the year is a time for reflection, and videographer Cory J. Popp is seeing good things.

Popp, who is known for his sleek videos that showcase Philadelphia's beauty, has released "Best of Philadelphia in 2016," a retrospective video that flashes back on the city's year. And while 2016 was a tumultuous year, Philadelphia never looked better.

Featured in Popp's video are events, locations, and elements of life in Philadelphia that made headlines in 2016, including the Viaduct Rail Park, the final days of LOVE Park before construction, Philly's 22-inch snowstorm, and Democratic National Convention protests. There are also plenty of Popp's trademark timelapses and skyline shots.

Popp previously highlighted Christmas Village and fall in Philadelphia, and put Philadelphia on display with "Philadelphia in Motion."
