Springsteen, Bon Jovi, to join Hillary Clinton, Obama Monday at Independence Hall
As a pivotal city in a pivotal swing state, Philadelphia is feeling the love.
Following a Debra Messing-led pub crawl through the Gayborhood, a Stevie Wonder show at Coda, a Katy Perry concert at the Mann, and appearances by Sara Bareilles at Penn and Anne Hathaway at Temple, the Hillary Clinton for President campaign is going all out to show she was born to run on Monday.
The Boss is coming to help her make her final pitch.
At a rally at Independence Mall (520 Chestnut St.) on the night before Election Day, Clinton will be joined by her family, President Obama, Michelle Obama, Bruce Springsteen, and Jon Bon Jovi.
Both Springsteen and Bon Jovi will perform, and Clinton will make her closing argument as to why she should be elected. (But, come on people, if you haven't made up your mind by now, you probably should stay home on Tuesday.)
Doors open at 4 p.m. The program starts at 7:30. Be wary of street closures, parking difficulties, and other forms of urban gridlock.
