Summer to bring inaugural Atlantic City Food Truck Festival

This summer, Brighton Park will host the inaugural Atlantic City Food Truck Festival, which will offer attendees cuisine ranging from seafood to barbecue.

Jointly created by The Claridge Hotel and 609 Event Productions, this summer's Atlantic City Food Truck Festival will take place on June 18 from 12 to 8 p.m, and continue the next day, June 19, from 12 to 6 p.m. Brighton Park is located between the Atlantic City boardwalk and the Claridge Hotel.

No participating food trucks have yet been announced, but a release regarding the festival promises American comfort food, dessert, and barbecue, among other cuisines. From those categories, an "Atlantic City Food Truck Festival Champion" will be crowned, with the winner receiving a cash prize. Attendees will vote for their favorite truck.

In addition to the event's food trucks, the festival will also feature a beer and wine garden, kid-oriented events, and live music.
