Marc Vetri is no stranger to the literary world, and his third book - Mastering Pasta (Ten Speed) - is in stores now.

His business partner - the gentleman who in 1998 co-founded the flagship Vetri Ristorante - is about to find his place in the stacks as well. Using behind-the-scenes examples in Front of the House, Jeff Benjamin explains the modus operandi that has helped the Vetri Family build an empire. Publisher Burgess Lea Press will donate profits to charity.

Vetri and Benjamin shared the spotlight Monday night for a signing at Alla Spina.
