Second Bruce Springsteen show added at Citizens Bank Park in September
The River Tour keeps rolling.
The Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band show at Citizens Bank Park on Sept. 7 that went on sale this morning is all but sold-out - very few tickets remain - and a second show has been added for Sept. 9.
Tickets for the second show go on sale next Wednesday at 10 a.m. at phillies.com/springsteen. It's a classic rock summer at the ballpark, with Paul McCartney and perennial visitor Billy Joel also playing.
These will actually be The Boss' second and third Philadelphia shows this year. He played a River Tour date at the Wells Fargo Center back in February. Read my tales of the original 1980 River tour here. Watch "Independence Day" from the Wells Fargo below.
