Imhotep's Upshur and Frankford's Miller add offers

Imhotep Charter's Naseir Upshur and Frankford's Shareef Miller, two of the area's top college recruits, added scholarship offers on Tuesday afternoon.

Upshur, a 6-foot-4, 231-pound tight end, was offered by South Carolina. He picked an offer over the weekend from Arizona and visited Arizona State. He also holds offers from Pittsburgh, Temple, Rutgers and others. He spent some time at the end of last season at defensive end.

Miller, a 6-foot-5, 230-pound defensive end, was offered by Illinois and was visited by coaches from Miami. He also has offers from Arizona State, Oregon, Temple, Rutgers and Penn State.
