Police have identified a 21-year-old man who was shot and killed on a street in Upper Darby Monday afternoon.

Qaahir  Hill, 21, of the 7200 block Bradford Road in Upper Darby, was on foot when he was shot twice times. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, where he later died, said Superintendent of Police Michael J. Chitwood.

The incident happened about 2:45 p.m. in the area of Copley Road and Clover Lane, said Chitwood.

There were no witnesses to the shooting but witnesses reported an older van speeding from the scene,  he said.

"Right now we got nothing," said Chitwood. "We are looking for witnesses."
