Va. Amber Alert search ends well in South Jersey
A 4-year-old girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert after she was allegedly abducted by her father in Virginia is safe after he brought the child to a police station in Gloucester County.
A 4-year-old girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert after she was allegedly abducted by her father in Virginia is safe after he brought the child to a police station in Monroe Township, Gloucester County, early Tuesday, authorities said.
The Amber Alert had been issued in Charlotte County, Va., on Monday for Annabelle Doretha Hope Richardson. Police said she apparently had been abducted by her father, Dylan James Richardson, 24.
The Amber Alert had said Richardson was believed to be headed to New Jersey, but it did not say why.
