Matt Hennessy, a 6-foot-4, 275-pound two-way tackle from New Jersey state Non-Public Group 4 champion Don Bosco Prep has made an oral commitment to attend Temple.

Hennessey announced his decision on Twitter.

A person familiar with Temple recruiting said that Hennessy has been recruited to play on the offensive line.

Temple hosted a number of recruits over the weekend and it's possible a few more commitments could be coming. On Sunday, Lakewood, NJ safety Amir Tyler and St. Joseph's Prep defensive back Benny Walls also committed to Temple.
