In Sunday's post, he acknowledged that Lane, fired Jan. 1 from CBS3, "had a problem with me and the show and I shared my thoughts and feelings about that, but since the day she was fired, I've always said PAY HER THE MONEY. I stand behind ALL on-air talent when it comes to being fired no matter how I personally feel about that person. PAY THE MONEY."

Like Lane, Foley got nothing on his way out the door.

As for Mendte, fired yesterday over an FBI probe of misuse of Lane's Yahoo account: "Larry was ALWAYS good on the show and he came to our events. I haven't spoke with Larry since the stuff came down in his life. I left him a message letting him know that I support him and his family during this time. If you think about it, if CBS fires him, he should work on FOX with [wife]

[

Stensland

]. That would be a HUGE move for FOX29."

Foley also notes that Lane alleges gender discrimination in her lawsuit filed last week against CBS3. "I don't know what goes on behind the scenes there at CBS3, but on TV it seems like all the chicks have the good jobs!" Foley writes. "Where's the discrimination?"

As for his own situation: "Everyday I get a TON of messages about [what happened] with me. Not much I can really talk about . . . . I've been thru this and it's a part of the biz I chose. I miss doing the show with the guys SO much and I REALLY miss talking to Philly everyday, but those days seems to be over. Whatta ya gonna do? RATS run the biz. . . and rats will be poisoned."

Rats could not be reached for comment.
