Fourth teen is charged in immigrant's fatal beating
POTTSVILLE, Pa. - A fourth teenager has been charged in the fatal beating of a Mexican immigrant in Shenandoah. Schuylkill County prosecutors charged the teen in juvenile court Friday with aggravated assault, ethnic intimidation and other offenses in the July attack on Luis Ramirez, 25, a father and factory worker. The teen's name and age were not released. Three others are charged as adults: Brandon Piekarsky, 16, and Colin Walsh, 17, with homicide and Derrick Donchak, 18, with aggravated assault and other counts. Meanwhile, the Shenandoah Valley School District has agreed to provide Piekarsky and Walsh 12 hours of weekly, in-home education while the case unfolds. Donchak is a graduate. - AP
