Police ID man in Chucky-style mask accused of harassing Center City pedestrians
Police said they are searching for 22-year-old Zymire Hughes, who may have fled Pennsylvania.

Police have identified the man accused of harassing Center City pedestrians in a Chucky-style horror mask, officials said Thursday.
The man, 22-year-old Zymire Hughes, is not in custody and may have fled Pennsylvania, according to investigators.
Hughes has ties to California and Nevada, police said. A warrant for his arrest has been issued as the investigation continues.
Images and videos of the masked man went viral on social media this week after police said the suspect chased a 40-year-old woman while she jogged near City Hall on Aug. 12, causing her to injure herself as she fled to a nearby SEPTA station.
Other Center City pedestrians soon reported similar troubling experiences.
Police shared images of the masked suspect widely as they sought to identify him, urging anyone who saw him not to approach and to call 911.
District Attorney Larry Krasner is set to speak about the latest development at a news conference this afternoon.
This is a developing story and will be updated.
