In the city of Townsville, they're getting ready for a return to return to the channel that started it all. That's right, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup—the inimitable Powerpuff Girls—are heading back to Cartoon Network. Too bad it's just for one episode.
Having run from 1998 to 2005, Cartoon Network's Powerpuff Girls will return to the network for a special dubbed "Dance Pantsed," featuring all the original voice actors that made the show come to life. And, er, Ringo Starr.
Voicing "Townsville's most flamboyand mathemetician," Fibonacci Sequins, Starr will also contribute an original song and music video to the special called "I Wish I Was a Powerpuff Girl."
Us too, Ringo. Us too.
