Bill Iezzi: Gloucester's All-South Jersey Softball Duo

Now that Gloucester City, the top seed in South Jersey Group 1 softball, has been eliminated from the NJSIAA tournament, it's time to consider some of its talent for all-South Jersey status.

Seniors Grace Cooney and Ashley Zaccaria, an outfielder and an infielder, respectively, should be considered for the first team. Both had .545 batting averages and reached 100 career hits this season.

They were also reliable fielders.
