Lotto ticket sold in South Philly splits $450K jackpot
A ticket sold in South Philadelphia will split the $450,000 jackpot from the most recent Pennsylvania Cash 5 drawing.
The lucky ticket, along with another sold at a grocery store in Blawnox, Allegheny County, matched all five numbers in Thursday's game: 11, 13, 21, 24 and 31.
The winning Philadelphia ticket was sold at SN Food Mart, 80 E. Oregon Ave., lottery officials said.
Each ticketholder gets $225,000. The winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes.
The retailers will each get a $500 bonus.

- A Philadelphia ticket was among the three winners in the Pennsylvania Lottery's latest New Year's Millionaire Raffle early bird bonus drawings. Each drawing awards three $50,000; the winning ticket numbers were 00091567, 00121300, and 00121689. The winning ticket from Philadelphia was sold at the Sunoco A Plus at 6865 Rising Sun Ave. in Lawndale. The other winning tickets were from Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, and Altoona, Blair County.
- The jackpot for Friday's Mega Millions game stands at $30 million for the annuity, or $18 million cash. The top prize for Powerball's Saturday drawing rises to $54 million, or $32.7 million cash, after no one won Wednesday night.
